Awards for All
National Lottery Awards for All offers funding from £300 to £10,000 to support what matters to people and communities.
The Awards for All programme has three funding priorities and you must be able to explain in your application how your project or activity will:
- bring people together and build strong relationships in and across communities
- improve the places and spaces that matter to communities
- enable more people to fulfil their potential by working to address issues at the earliest possible stage.
Voluntary or community organisations, schools and statutory bodies can apply.

Core Strength Local Communities Grants
Comic Relief Core Strength Local Communities Grants programme provides funding for essential core running costs for grassroots organisations. Grants between £1,000 and £10,000 for up to 12 months are available to small local community organisations with an annual income of up to £100,000.
Applications will be accepted at different times across the UK, between August 2017 and July 2018.
The Gannett Foundation awards grants of between £5,000 and £10,000 to registered charities that 'make a lasting difference to communities' within the circulation and/or production area of the 300 titles Newsquest publishes. The funding is intended to support one-off local activities or capital items that benefit a large number of local residents.
The Foundation supports projects which take a creative approach to fundamental issues such as education and neighbourhood improvements, youth development, and community problem solving.
