Survey: voluntary sector income in Wales

The Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA) has partnered with Richard Newton Consulting and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising to research the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the voluntary sector’s income in Wales.

To gather the information, the person responsible for fundraising in not-for-profit organisations in Wales is invited to complete an online survey.

By completing the survey, participants will be helping WCVA, other support bodies and stakeholders, such as the Welsh Government, to:

  • Develop and produce relevant guidance, resources and training on income generation activities that will help to diversify income
  • Advocate effectively on behalf of all voluntary organisations in Wales on issues that impact sustainability, such as commissioning and the use of dormant accounts
  • Provide up-to-date information about which income generating activities are being under-used.

Closing date for completing the survey: 21 June 2021
